Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of CoursePilot, a hosted campus workspace for course scheduling, class records, attendance, and academic management operated by APMEX Information Technology Solutions (“we”, “us”).

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate institution and admin details when you subscribe. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your university workspace.

2. Paid plans

Department, Campus, and University plans are paid subscriptions. Access may remain limited until payment for the current period is confirmed. Unpaid or expired workspaces may be placed in read-only mode.

3. Acceptable use

Use CoursePilot only for legitimate academic operations of your institution. Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of institutional data you enter (schedules, students, grades, attendance). You grant us a limited license to host and process that data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing notice for details under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

5. Service changes

We may update features and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

CoursePilot is provided as a scheduling and academic operations tool. We are not liable for decisions made solely on exported reports, missed class sessions, or third-party systems that consume exported data.
